
AI-powered predictive threat intelligence is used to examine patterns in user and system activity to identify risks before they escalate into something serious. This can mean early alerts about odd login attempts, questionable data exports, or strange behavior from connected apps for CRM teams working with either packaged platforms or tailored solutions.
Rather than being a single tool, the technology tends to work as a collection of methods and services that blend telemetry, modeling, and enrichment to give security teams a clearer picture.
Reports from 2024 shows that nearly every major CRM tenant saw attempts at account takeovers, and more than half experienced at least one confirmed breach. Since CRMs frequently store contact details, billing information, and support records, attackers treat them as high-value targets.

- Lifecycle protections does the vendor describe how they detect and handle adversarial or poisoning attempts against models?
